Emeril Lagasse 15-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set

Emeril's cookware is the best on the market at this price. This set discolors slightly when exposed to really high heat, but it's temporary. The steel he uses basically lasts forever. (His kitchen mats are a different story.)

This product is not the original cookware from Emeril. A family member has the original so I was able to compare. It scratched up after first use; pots stain after first use; these are imposter items. BEWARE!!!! If I could give it a “zero” review I would. Don’t buy it!!

Bought for my daughter’s bday. She wanted so badly after using some. I’m not a cooker but did a house sitting weekend and understand now the attraction.

Bought this set to have something at the cottage. Well worth the money and just enough pieces to handle any meal.

Don't bother, barely lasted a year. Both frying pans are pure junk. I owned another set for 10 years without issues.

I got these for Christmas 2018 and feel the need to leave an unbiased review.As with any celebrity named item, you're paying extra for the name. Now onto the details.First, these aren't stainless everywhere. They're actually aluminum and stainless bottoms. The heat distribution is nice in these. You have to oil well and cook at a lower heat to make them easier to clean. I only use butter (real), olive oil (sparingly), and coconut oil to cook in these. I feel that canola and standard vegetable might contribute to things sticking. I only wash them with a wash rag. No brillo or scratch pads on any of it.The nonstick items are great! The utensils are nice. The smallest nonstick pan likes to tip over on the stove because the handles are so heavy and it is tiny.I cook a lot and have thoroughly used every piece. If your pans get torn up quickly, you're at fault.One more thing! The gigantic aluminum/ stainless pan is awesome!

I have purchased 2 sets so far!!! Absolutely love cooking with them!!!
