Yeah while these run a little big, they have no give, so if it is too small it won't stretch out. Everyone told me this thing was going to be hot. It made it through a Phx, AZ rave in April, and I felt great! Definitely go a size bigger, and even if it is still big, you will look good.

One size fit all, However; They have sizes up to 5X. I would select a 5X at 300lb.
