Easily consumed and contains a good mix of supplements.
The choice of brand name is quite unusual. I’m already taking creatine, magnesium and vitamin D. I’m missing an electrolyte in my regime so it’s convenient to take all these in one go and these gummies should provide for my needs. With only 3g of creatine per gummy at my age and for my weight training regime, taking two of these pinky/orange chewable gummies is needed. There’s 60 in the resealable pouch which works out at about a month’s supply. The gummies are squishy and seem to want to stick to each other in the bag.Regarding taste and texture, I find them easy to consume. Easily chewed, there’s nothing special about the taste but pleasant enough. The instructions on the back of the pouch say to take them with a full glass of water. However, that’s somewhat contradicted by other information that says that you just need to pop in a gummy, if you’re looking for a boost before a workout.Suitable for vegans, means for my vegetarian needs, they’re just the job. The labelling also warns which groups of people shouldn’t take these. So it’s worth checking if you fall into these other categories. For most adult male users in good health there shouldn’t be any issues here.

Tasty little gym boosters – no shaker, no mess, just chew and go
Been training on and off for years, and creatine’s one of the few supplements that genuinely earns its keep. These gummies are a brilliant twist – no mixing powder, no gritty drinks, just pop a couple and crack on. Perfect when you’ve got about 3 minutes to spare before a workout (or a toddler meltdown).Flavour’s decent – not overly sweet and no weird chemical aftertaste, which is a nice surprise for something sugar-free. Bonus points for the added electrolytes, magnesium and vitamin D3 – makes it feel like you’re getting more than just the usual creatine hit.Been using them for a couple of weeks and recovery’s been quicker, and I’m pushing a bit more in the gym without that post-leg-day limp. Also ideal if you can’t face another bland shake – or if your kitchen’s already full of protein tubs, like mine.Pros:Genuinely tasty and easy to takeNo mess, no mixing – great for gym bags or busy morningsIncludes extras like magnesium and vitamin D3Supports strength, hydration and recoveryCons:You’ll want to eat more than the recommended dose – they taste like sweetsMight run out quicker than expected if you're training daily

Good product and flavour, but too expensive
These are rose-flavoured creatine gummies, providing 3g of creatine per 2x gummies. They taste really nice, and have a good chew to them, but they are all kind of stuck together in the bag as one big "blob" you need to pull gummies off of.I'm not sure about value though; I can buy 500g of creatine powder for around just £12, whereas these work out at around £1 for just 3g of creatine. If you're on a big dose of creatine (like me, 15g/day), then these gummies are completely inrealistic. But if you're taking a smaller dose, say 3g/day, then the pricing is more realistic - though I'd argue still too high, as other creatine gummies are half the price.

Good quality gummies for a boost Good flavour
If you are serious about your workout creatine is a great option. I had previously used powders in shakes but you get fed up of them after a while. So gummies are a greata alternative. These gummies are sugar free and taste good. There's no unpleasant flavour or texture. They are easy to eat. A portion is 2 gummies containing 3600mg / 3.6g of creatine which is a sustain dosage. If 1st taking creatine a higher dosage is recommended until it builds up in your system. These do also have a trace of salt and magnesium to aid as electrolytes. The pouch contains 60 gummies. So it works out to roughly a 1 month supply.I did notice the expected boost from the creatine and it worked just as good as any powder or shake.Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Good
Sweet pleasant taste. Just like gummy sweets. Though they do stick on teeth. Good generous package. Have had no adverse reactions.

Expensive gay focused creatine gummies
Reasonable taste, but it is unclear why creatine gullies are focused on the "friend of Dorothy" gay market, as they could be taken by anyone.Enormously expensive compared to competitors.
