I can't speak highly enough of this great little press! I bought it due to the failure of one of my trusty Hot-Stuff units that I have been using for the last 7 years and I expected it to only last a short time, but to my surprise this press has continued to run strong since day one! I must also say that the speed at which the press heats up is VERY impressive. On my Hot-Stuff presses I would have to wait upwards of 10 minutes before using the press, but on this machine it is fully heated up before I have even had a chance to gather up my orders. The temperature control is intuitive and accurate, and the digital readout is very easy to read.It is so easy to use I even taught my grandmother how to use it and now she makes and gives away hats at her book signings!Overall I give this mighty little press 2 thumbs up and a how-do-you-do! A+++! 5-Stars!

I love it bigger field of print better heat control. I wouldn't use the other to print a hat again. It also woks well with the Circuit heat press vinyl products. Best cash I spent, I wasted as many hats to pay for it from the start.

Great little machine, only issue is Temperature reading is not Accurate. This is my 3rd one and none of them have been correct. So for an extra $15.00 buy a cheap digital temperature gun. Besides that works well and easy to use. thanks

The media could not be loaded. I press hats on the side and this press has been truly amazing for me. It’s super easy to use and gets the job done. Many adjustments on this machine to make any hat work.

It came with the wrong plate on the top of the press. Not the plate that was supposed to be there. We didn't know any better since we hadn't had a hat press before and rarely use it but now that I am using it I have found that it is wrinkling everything because it doesn't have the teflon smooth top that it is supposed to have had. Unfortunately we didn't figure this out until I started trying to figure out why it is working so badly and discovered that it isn't what it is supposed to be like. Sadly it appears I will have to buy another one now since I can't get what should have come with it in the first place.

I’ve had this for five years now and NEVER had an issue with it. Definitely worth the investment.

This machine is 4th time I bought from Amazon, but it is much easy to use and to make heat press on T-shirts quick. Alos light handle when I was done after beep. Everything was just smooth after I heat press it with BLING BLING

Have yet to see if it work so I will update but for now definitely a 2 star. Box was torn and had holes in it, product itself has scratches and gouges all over. Some of the plastic and foam pieces appear melted. The bottom of the unit doesnt have non marring feet or anything so if you put this on a table it will scratch. Luckily I just use a plastic table so my damage isn't costing me. I wish it was better.Update. They refunded me and customer service was decent made it 3 stars.
