A good deal gone bad caused third party supplier
when I receieve this receiver it was not new,and it came with a replacment remote control.I activated to do free to air (FTA) only to find out that this receiver some bad transponders resulting in many distorted channels.I tried to it exchanged but the people at "NEW TECH SHOP" said that I didnt know what I was doing. My neighbor bought the same receiver a month before and I activated for him.This model is a good HD receiver.I wish I could get exchanged for a new one,if not I will live with my loses. I cannot use this receiver. I have been doing FTA for over ten years.

My first disappointed purchase with amazon
My first disappointed purchase with amazon. I bought this receiver so I could watch high picture quality movies or whatever I'm watching on TV but it doesn't works well and the LS 500 doesn't work I didn't even get a HDMI cable with it. I have always been sceptical about purchasing things like these online...now my almost 200 bucks is a waste.
