Comfortable and works great
Not quite as easy as the video to put together but pretty easy. Is a comfortable chair and works great for my in home salon. Great chair for a good price!

Good stable shampoo chair. Some issues with parts missing and manufacturing defect.
2 pieces of hardware (Carriage bolts) were missing and the holes in the seat-back were not cut out, but other than that inconvenience, it is a good chair.Comfortable thick seat pads and elbow rests. Stable, wide seat. I like that the legs are painted black so they won’t rust.Note: Bought for at-home use.
