I recently had bariatric surgery and needed an unflavored protein to add to my soups or other foods to hit my daily goals. I like that it does not take 6 scoops to get one serving, and love that it dissolves fast in both cold and hot foods.There is no after taste no matter what I have put it in.I will purchase again and recommend

No noticable taste when mixed with oatmeal and other wet foods. Haven't tried it as a drink but that isn't why I purchased it anyway.Would recommend

This is amazing to add a lil more protein to anything. No taste at all I even put in my lemonade. Makes it kinda frothy and very delightful. Ready to order more!!

Easy to add to drinks like coffee

Gave me a horrible stomach ache. I have tried many other protein powders and this one really upset my stomach. Taste was fine just made me feel very bloated and made my stomach hurt. Did not seem like my body wanted to digest it.

Tastes bad at first, but then I got used to taste. I also don't know how they get calories under 4 calories per protein

Like to use this as a supplement in various ways, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, mix in dry ingredients in items cooking or baking. Dissolves easily. Hard to find unflavored in local stores so nice to have this option.
