Unsure if it helps
Very easy to use, nice small size, easy to carry with you, It has a pleasing taste, I am not sure if it helps with calming or if it's just a placebo effect! I am a fan of homeopathic medications, so I will continue to use it. It is labeled for kids, but I also use with adults. Decent price point too. Unsure if it's effective yet. I will update as I see results.

I use it too as an adult
This is marketed for kids but I use this too especially when stress creeps in from work. I have used this brand before and works well especially when I fly. It does calm me now and makes me more relaxed.The price point is fair and affordable. I highly recommend this product.

Decent flavor, hopeful effectiveness
I always try these products before giving to my child, partly to check flavor because you don't know if its bad if you don't try it yourself. I second the other review saying it tastes like honey. I don't know about effectiveness, I didn't notice a difference as an adult and after giving to my child I didn't really notice a difference either, but she's only 4 and not descriptively verbal so I can't ask her how she felt after. Will try again to see if I can notice a difference, but it doesn't hurt anything to use it in case it does help her in a way that she can't explain since she likes the flavor.

Nice flavor
This RESUCE spray arrived in a brown glass spray bottle. The sprayer works well. The product is a little thick and comes out in a stream. I sprayed it directly on my tongue following the instructions and it tastes like a honey with a little tiny bit of menthol. I don’t think kids will like the taste it enough to drink it like candy or something, but the flavor is still fine.
