I think alot of people in the reviews don’t understand how the brush is intended to be used. If you use it the way it is intended, it works very well for easily defining curls. It needs to be used on wet hair with curling crème or gel or something like that. While brushing downward curl the brush so that your hair gets pulled through the teeth on the side while brushing through the bristles as well. After you’ve brushed through everything you can scrunch and you will definitely have more single curls rather than a bunch of jumbled together curls.

Brush works great for my 3a/b hair. Definitely more for uniformed curls rather than length retention. You will have more shrinkage using just the brush. Love the sectioning end point as well.

Not for me. I have very thick light curly hair. And the bristles on the brush are soft like you could comb a baby's hair. So that's not going to work. And the little side grooves just don't make sense if you're not using the bristly part. I'd rather just use a wide tooth comb or my hands. Just being honest

Made my curls much frizzier, would not recommend. YouTube the curly girl method of you have curly hair, gives your curls more bounce than this does. This just frizzes it out.
