Remington Hair Clipper From HC 5200,,, Pack of1

I am a 49-yr old female and I bought these for cutting my hair! I had Remington clippers a few years ago that were great; they had a thinning mechanism in the blades. I bought a different brand after these died, but they cut unevenly, so have gone back to Remington. I could not find the ones I had originally, but these seemed very similar and were much cheaper, so decided to give them a go. They cut really well and evenly, even on the longest setting - very few clippers cut up to 42mm, I don't know why, but that's another reason for buying. I am able to graduate the top, sides and back easily on my on - just get hubby to neaten up the neckline when I'm done. The blade covers are quite stiff to put on, but the lengths are easy to adjust once they are (though need my specs to see them, preferred the digital display on my old pair), and there is no risk of them coming off! I love them, they are saving me £50 a month on hairdresser costs. The pic I've attached shows my results :)

Had this item before. Needed another for holiday home. Great quality and reliability.

Arrived on-time, well packaged. The charging LED doesn't seem to change colour when it's fully charged, but otherwise an excellent purchase. The comb's stay in place nicely, and are sturdy, the clippers cut well with occasional clearing during the cut. Managed to cut my own hair with a couple of mirrors, and was happy with the result.

This is a great clipper, it’s the 2nd one I’ve bought of this model. However I was pretty disappointed to find that the adapter for charging was a 2 prong plug and not a UK standard plug. I’ve now had to purchase a UK plug adapter to charge it.Aside from that, it’s great, but just beware of the adapter.

Didn't particularly like anything because the enhancements I expected were missing?Could have bought similar for much less . Paid over £20 more than I had for my previous remington with exacly the same article number and more refinements. Couldn't open the top to wash .The attachments were flimsy too. You can't return after unwrapping. You have to buy a two pin attachment to fit british socket. Very disappointed Could have bought same with different manufacturers cheaper

I received this product with UK travel adapter as it wasn’t made for the UK market. It’s not user friendly at all. I had to pay postage to return this item which I wouldn’t order in the first place if I was informed that it requires travel adaptor to charge it. This is very important but the seller chose to withheld this.

This is perfect for people who want a hair cut but dont want to use scissors and make mistakes or lose their long hair. Thanks this clipper, I was able to cut my hair and keep a consistent an neat look!
