My 10 year old bought these pens with her own pocket money because she desperately wanted them and I thought they were overpriced and wouldn't pay. When they arrived one of the internal zips was broken, so she was unable to take them into school on the last day of term , as she'd hoped.....there were tears!, however, I contacted the seller, who immediately sent out a replacement pack free of charge. The pack took a couple of days to come, but when it did, she wasn't disappointed. No quibbles at all from the seller. Customer Service couldn't be faulted, and daughter is delighted with the product!

Excellent product and delivery. The pens are in a multi compartment case each with it's own zip opening. This means it's very easy to keep all the pens tidy. The case and pens are of good quality. Came well packaged and prompt delivery. Would recommend.

This item arrived very quickly. The storage design is great. I like the way it folds out and then closes compactly. I like the hanging loop too. I think the pockets could do with being a little bigger as getting the pens in and out could be a little awkward for children. But I think it’s great value for money . Mu grandson is going to enjoy using these pens

My 9 yr old daughter picked these all by herself from Amazon as a rewards for finishing her points chart. She was over the moon when they arrived and I thought they looked like a nice gift.I don’t see the case being very durable or long lasting, or the pens remaining useful for any great length of time... but it made my 9 yr old VERY happy and even though I think the case is overpriced, it made a perfectly lovely gift and a happy little girl. I ordered this Pens Set for my daughter. She was happy to receive it. The case will be very useful for other uses also. Lots of different color pens which is great. The scent isn't strong which for me isn't a problem, I wanted this pens case because it looks different.

Great sturdy case with several zip off pockets, good for keeping it tidy when not in use. The pens are lots of different sizes and colours. Great product

It was stated scented but from the 32 pencils only couple of scented aprox 10pc. Disappointing for my lil one.

My 7year old granddaughter was delighted with them !She loves colouring, she was thrilled with the way the bag went & liked the smell of them so much so by the time she finished "sniffing" them all she had quite a colourful nose !
