Most important is that the tablet looks, feels and performs like new.
I was skeptical about buying something renewed or refurbished. My Lenovo 2 in 1, which I've used for six years, is broken at the corner but still works. I needed a backup and a smaller device for travel. So, I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet in January 2025. It looks and feels brand new and performs perfectly. The only issue is the cord, which isn't new, but I'll just buy a replacement. It was a great value because I couldn't afford to purchase a new one.

Nice and compact, but…
The media could not be loaded. I like its simplicity and how easy it is for me to carry around the house and work. My only issue is the battery. If I’m not plugged in I only get maybe 2 hours of battery life. The battery will indicate it has 4 1/2 hrs left and then 30 minutes later it will die. Which is inconvenient when I ordered the laptop for the sole purpose of running around in my home while working. I contacted customer service and the representative offered to contact the seller on my behalf. I agreed to this and then the representative stated they couldn’t contact the seller. Very frustrating.

BUYER BEWEAR..Faulty and not sure the QC was even done on this other than the form was checked off..
Doesn't hold a charge, will be returning. Not sure how this passed the checklist other than the person isn't doing the job and just signed everything off so they can sell faulty electronics to people, Amazon should look into this companies practices and get rid of them for falsely saying the electronics work an they don't. This was a plan out lie that this passed a battery check.
