Not bad, definitely lighter weight and not dense like other bars. Decent flavor but not great
These ProtiDIET Crunchy Cereal Protein Bars are okay. They're lighter weight and less dense than regular protein bars so if you're packing one on a run or a hike they take less ounces off you and still provide a good source of protein.The flavor is decent, almost like a semi-sweet rice krispy treat with chocolate on top. It's definitely familiar if you've eaten cereal bars.Overall, for the price, taste, and amount (7 total), it's an alright protein bar but wouldn't be my first choice.

Tasty and crunchy
They are a nice snack to bring on the go and they are only 7 net carbs and 15 protein.The artificial sweetener do not taste bad for me. I am pleasantly surprised how crunchy they are.
