I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. I have tried so many different pillows and none of them seem to be as comfortable as they should be. This one surprised me!! It has a very soft pillow case on it. That zips off so it can easily be washed!! It seem to fit my neck just right and when I sleep on my side the indent is perfect for my arm. Highly recommended!

this pillow is actually really good quality. i didn't know what to expect when i ordered it. it didn't come with any weird smell and it very firm. it holds my head/neck in place most of the night until i turn onto my side. ive tried moving to the edge of the pillow when im on my side but i just don't feel supported, so i had to give up on the pillow. for those of you looking to sleep on your back and have wonderful neck,head support, this pillow is the way to go. I'm still looking for a good side sleeping pillow.
