I am using a 9mm needle and double stitches for a baby blanket and it's coming out beautifully. Doesn't tangle, very soft and easy to work with. Will use it again.

I love this yarn! I am a beginner at crochet and this yarn is pretty fail proof. It makes the best baby blankets. Incredibly soft and durable. I actually had to undo my first attempt and lost hours of work because I wasn't happy with the stitching I used. But the second time around, it was just what I wanted. I used a HDC for this blanket. It required almost 2 full skeins for this approx 38x44 inch baby blanket. The border was made with Bernat Pipsqueak yarn in chocolate (1 skein) The stitches for the border were much more complicated to give it the wavy effect. I think my grandbaby is going to love it!

I have not finished my baby blanket for my granddaughter, but I think this yarn is the easiest yarn I have ever used.When it arrived, even my husband said it was pretty! I got the pink, green and grey color. Will match my daughters nursery perfectly!

I have brought several Bernat blanket yarns off Amazon. They ate great quality and great price,s.

This actually was my first time using this particular brand. I love the softness of the material and it’s nice and thick for what I needed. The price I felt was fair especially compared to other brands verses the size of other skeins. As I was working with my second skein I did notice a oil type substance I’d expect to come from machinery to which I hope I can get to wash out.Over all would I buy this brand again? Yes I would the over all quality seems to be quite fair.

I bought two skeins of this yarn to knit a baby blanket. It is one of my favorite yarns of all time. The yarn is soft and warm. It slides easily on and off the needles. The colors are fun and vibrant for a baby. My cousin's baby is due in April, and the little boy will have a blanket to welcome him to the world. I've made a couple dozen blankets with this yarn. I keep coming back to it because it is so warm and light weight, and the children just love the blankets.

Loved this ball! I have used the regular Bernat blanket yarn and had several knots in it, which makes it difficult for a project to be completed enjoyably. This was a pleasure to use. I completed a bunny baby lovey in one evening crochet! No frustration with knots. I used it from the centre, not the outside of the ball too! This yarn is incredibly soft, I used a P hook or 11.5 mm hook. One note about this type of yarn…it is difficult to stitch in your ends in to stay put. I weave them in and double back a few times to make it permanent. This seems to work best for me. But I do knot them to join the ends when connecting to the main body of the project for sturdier items like kids toys that get washed and dried a lot. They have held up so far over the years. I bought some more in different colours, hope they will be just as nice as this one, planning more projects in future. Thank you so much.
