Lovely. Finally purchased something that actually smells like batana.

I was curious about trying batana for hair health; so far, I am liking this product - I have been using it for a couple of weeks. It has a nutty smell that is quite pleasant. The consistency is thick, but only a couple of drops are sufficient for massaging the areas I want to focus on, which is the front part of my forehead and temples; if I wanted to use it in all my scalp, I would definitely need more product. Something that I noticed though is that the instructions say that it can be used with another carrier oil; so, if anyone may want to use this product in all their scalp, maybe combining it with another oil could help make it go farther. Another option that is also mentioned is adding it to your shampoo. I have used it after showering, massaging my scalp while hair is still wet, because I don't want the oily look afterwards, and doing it this way seems to help. I like applying to the ends what is left on my hands and my hair looks healthy and shiny. I think I will continue using this oil to maintain its health; I have not observed any changes regarding thickness or strength, but I think it may be too soon to judge there. I will come and update this review if I notice any changes.

This product has been really useful for helping with my scalp health. It is a good-sized bottle. I use it once or twice a week and a little goes a long way. I really like that it has a nozzle-like spout for application. I can apply it directly to my scalp with little waste. Once I apply it, I massage it in and brush down to lightly spread it to the end of my hair. I usually leave it i overnight and wash it out in the morning. My hair feels soft and my scalp feels healthy and moisturized. I don't love the smell of this product, however it is not overpowering and does not leave a scent after being washed out. I would recommend this product to anyone who has dry skin or hair.
