Great whisk
I love this whisk. Great quality. The one eye in the whisk makes it cleaner to use. The long handle makes it much easier to mix big batches of dough. It’s very comfortable in my hand. Very pleased.

Awesome for mixing dough!
When making bread, this thing is awesome. Instead of a big mess with those spoons or going through the trouble of bringing out the stand mixer, this thing works very well and dough does not form big clumps. Worth it if you bake bread!

Ideal for Quick Breads
I had no idea dough whisks existed until reading one day. This prevents over mixing when making quick breads. Highly recommend.

Should have bought one years ago!
I don’t know what size I thought this would be, but it’s so much bigger than I had anticipated. Just as a heads up!I have used this for mixing bread dough, a spiced cake with fruit, muffins, etc and it’s been great. I liked it so much I immediately bought one for my sister. S

Wife wanted one for Christmas to help her make sourdough
This whisk has been working good for my wife. She started making sourdough six months ago, but this whisk makes it much easier since the dough is so thick. Also seems to be very rugged in good quality.

Not so great
I’m not sure what inspired me to get this other than sticky fingers when I knead dough. But most of my starter recipes say that I shouldn’t use metal. I haven’t noticed that before but there aren’t many recipes I can use it for. Honestly, I would just as soon knead it by hand.
