Excellent tape, does the job with some movement but not too much

The media could not be loaded. I use this tape to support a wrist injury. An injury that hasn't healed properly in 2 years using tubigrips and other wrist supports. On the advice of my physio, I got this tape. It's designed for boxing primarily but it certainly works very well for this application too!My wrist doesn't hurt anymore. I can work in relative comfort and I can act a fool with my son when I get home again, in relative comfort.Anyone who has had a persistent injury/illness that affected their daily life knows how freeing it is to finally find something to alleviate the symptoms.It works out about £1 a day (a small price to pay) it's easy to apply, sticks very well but is not painful to remove and it does not leave any residue behind after removal.I highly recommend this product to anyone in a similar situation to me.

I don't walk a lot but when I booked my trip to Japan, I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking, and I did. Around 20,000 - 30,000 steps a day. This tape helped my feet a lot. Stopped them from rubbing and covered any blisters. I think my feet would have been in worse condition if it weren't for this tape. I'll definitely be buying more.

Bought this tape to reduce blisters from Alphafly 2. Would recommend - taping prior to racing in these shoes has made the bearable and my new favourite shoes. Great for reducing pain, and the tape is very durable and stable on foot. Would recommend.

Good but not as sticky as the military zinc oxide. Quite disappointed.

My son plays a lot of sport and needs to strap his ankles up and this is by far the best tape he has used.

Excellent adhesion and easy to tear by hand.
