Been taking seven seas for years as that brand worked best with me. When I wanted to get pregnant I was pleasantly surprised that they had a pregnancy range. I have used all of them 1) to conceive 2) maternity vitamins and 3) postnatal/breastfeeding vitamins. My hair and nails have never looked and felt so good as well as strong! All nails also look pearly white. Don‘t even need shellac to support them how I usually do. People have commented on how great my hair looks and how radiant my skin glows. Expected that all to go because of the change of hormones postpartum. These tablets have really kept me going and helped me stay energized

Can’t tell if they do anything yet as I have only started taking a week ago but easy to remember to take with the days on packaging. Pills are slightly big so if you don’t take pills well they might not work for you.

Great buy for postnatal, especially if you’re breastfeeding for the long haul!My little lady was diagnosed milk intolerant at 7mths, and as I’m still breast feeding I’ve had to cut milk from my diet too (either that or switch her to lacto free/soya formula.. which is not for us!) I’d already been feeling exhausted and run down for some time and had been meaning to pick up some post vita’s .. these offered great value for money, & cover a multitude of supplements. They have no taste, and although both supplements are quite large, I’ve had no problems swallowing them, I felt a little sick the first couple of days but quickly realised that it does advise on the box to take with food.I was very surprised at how quickly I started to feel better in myself, more energy, less black bags under the eyes, colour in my skin etc.. probably should have taken them as soon as I finished my iron supplements post birth! They even have each little pill capsule labelled with the day, so when your sleep deprived or just have good old baby brain, you can tell when there’s you remembered to take them!Anyway.. mumma’s you can’t go wrong with these!

Great value tablets and a high dose of vitamin D (which is what I needed most). Didn't make me feel nauseous so long as I took them with or just after good.You get a capsule and a tablet per day, both are quite big, not a problem for me but may be intimidating if you're not good with pills. I guess the tablet could be crushed and eaten with yogurt but not sure about the capsule.All in all a good buy.

I have used it all through my pregnancy and after having my baby as these vitamins contain all the ingredients a breastfeeding mother needs. It helps me with energy levels and is excellent for my baby's development too. This product is pricey.

Pun absolutely intended, they"re so big but they work great. I used Seven Seas whilst pregnant and breastfeeding both times, after the first child I stopped taking these after two weeks because I'd stopped breastfeeding and I felt awful!!! This time round I carried on taking them months after stopping breastfeeding and I feel so good, my hair and my nails are growing so long and thick so quick!
