Great. Just what I needed pleasant tasting. Easy to use. Good value for money. 3 months supply.

This is very simple to use. Simply two sprays into the cheek or under tongue and you're done. This makes it one of the quickest ways to use than any other supplement I normally use. Also Vitamin D3 is best absorbed this way and less of it it absorbed when when passing through the gut so as far as I know this is the best method to maximise your absorbtion of it. It's small and very convenient so you can pop it in a purse or bag and use it out and about. You only need one dose per day but because it's contained within a spray it's easy to transport. Currently at the time of writing it's extremely competivitely priced as well making it very good value for money.

I’ve been using this vitamin D3 + K2 spray for a while now, and I’m really liking it. It’s super easy to use as you just need a quick spray and you're done. The 2000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 60 µg of K2 feels like a solid combo for supporting my health. Also, it’s sugar free and preservative free, and made in the UK. The 4 month supply is way enough for such a small bottle, so I’m set for a while. If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to get your vitamins in, this spray is definitely worth a try

The media could not be loaded. Vitamin D3 and K2 go well together this much is fact, In times where the Sun isn't enough I turn to D3+K2 supplements, this being 4 months supply, which is good for the price 10 quid, but it's not high dosed vitamin D3+K2 and it tastes horrible. It's like a chemical formula mix with peppermint, I couldn't taste a hint of sweetness in it, perhaps because of the chemical flavour is overpowering it. It's bad that I couldn't do another spray tomorrow.This is not for me sorry, but the longevity is high, your better off getting more than 4,000IU than this one is only 2,000IU They say more than 4,000IU could be harmful, I've been taking 10,000IU for years and nothing bad has happened. If you can stomach the taste, this might help some people already getting a bit of D3 from the sun. Just beware the warnings on the instructions, and I would consult any GP or Doctor regarding this product.Ingredient I didn't like whatever was the chemical tasting one whichever that was, what I did like was the K2 which is the MK7 version which is the best K2 you can get, the weaker and possibly synthetic version was MK4 if memory serves.I think if this tasted nice and was higher dose at at least 4,000IU, I would have rated 5 for it's 4 months supply of K2 from MK7 source.

This vitamin d3 and k2 comes in a great and easy to take spray form. The bottle is very small and handy and I am more than happy that it is a four months supply. It is effective, helps with the energy lever and is a great value for money. Vitamin D3 + K2 Spray - 2000 IU - £8.99This is my first Vitamin spray. I really quite like it. Decent mint taste and reasonable mouth feel so absolutely no complaints there.First go was a bit odd as priming the spray gave a bit of a half dose and I do question the absolute accuracy of the dose. A single daily spray is easy, no real swallowing issues and it kinda reminds me othe breath fresheners, which the mint probably does as well.Decent packaging and plenty of info. Appears solid and well priced.
