This helped the flakiness and redness on the tip of and around the edges of my nose. It is very soothing and the scent is minty/herbal. The most success I've had compared to other things I've tried billed as having similar results.

This product really works! Have been using it on my scalp for some time and have noticed the difference.

Update: my eyes were fine the next morning . It wasn’t so bad on the next application because I knew what to expect and it seems to be healing my eyebrows quickly! I brought my rating up from 2 to 4 stars.Old review- It burns! It burns! Even though I didn’t get it in my eyes, I felt like it was in my eyes! They became immediately inflamed. I have dermatitis on my eyebrow, so that is as close as I got! I even jumped back on Amazon to see if I had actually ordered the face cream! Just tried it for the first time and I thought it was going to burn my skin off the first five minutes. I had to put cold water on a washcloth to pat and soothe my skin. Now it is cooling, but I will let you know in the morning if my eyes can open up. My skin also got as tight as a drum, so it doesn’t feel very moisturized. Smells horrid! Like a hospital antiseptic! I will change my review if I feel better about it in the morning and the next day or two I see amazing results!

I bought this cream to help with seborrheic dermatitis on my face. It is mostly around my eyes and neck. This has peppermint in the cream. Peppermint doesn't bother me or my skin. I use peppermint soap all the time with no adverse effects. However this stuff is SO different! The best way to discribe this cream affects is like the way you feel when you have a cough drop with methol that opens up your sinuses or if you use a vapor rub with menthol. The fumes BURN! The cream doesn't burn but the fumes do. It's the craziest thing. It burned my eyes oh how it burned my eyes just from the fumes. It was very uncomfortable. I would like to return it but it's isn't an option. It might be effective if it isn't placed on your face.Update: Company sent me a refund for this product since there is no return of product since it is a cream and it cannot be used again. Thank you! Good company to work with.

I was glad to find this. It worked better than the prescription I received from my Dermatologist. I have used the cream instead because it has helped more with the dryness and itch. Highly recommend.

The cream use to work better, but something in the formula has changed.
