It is a decent supplement that I like to take 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off for a better results. I see some increase on my libido more assertiveness to do my daily tasks after taking it for a few weeks. It is a good testosterone booster. Solid 4 stars.

My husband had to stop taking this because he started getting a rash, he has several allergies but we didn't realize he would be allergic to this, so I feel like it wasn't given a fair chance. But we didn't notice any differences in his drive or anything during his time taking these supplements. when I compared the ingredients of this to my prenatal vitamins it's basically just a multivitamin. On to the next supplement I guess.

I can't point to any specific results, but as a multivitamin this is a nice supplement. It has a wide variety of nutrients in reasonable quantities. Seems like a good boost, whether you're specifically interested in you count or not. The capsules smell a little funky, but they don't taste like anything and are easy to swallow.

After about a month of regular use, I noticed a significant improvement in sperm count and motility. it's certainly delivers on its promise to improve fertility. Even though the base ingredients seem solid and clinically proven, I could do without a few fillers. I appreciate the transparency of the labeling, but I would have preferred if they kept these unnecessary additions to a minimum. Tolerance and side effects (4.5/5):I have a somewhat sensitive stomach, so I was concerned about possible side effects when starting it. Luckily, I felt minimal to no discomfort. This is a big plus in my book, as it indicates that the formula is relatively gentle and well-tolerated. While it as for Men is not the cheapest fertility supplement on the market, it is also not the most expensive.It falls somewhere in the middle, which seems fair to me considering how effective it is. Perhaps offering different package sizes or discounts on subscriptions could make it more accessible to more people. Packaging and convenience (4/5):The packaging of is very nice and simple, I really like it. The bottle is sturdy and the label provides all the necessary information without clutter.The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, which is always a plus. My only minor complaint is that the bottle could be a little smaller for easier storage, but that's a minor issue.

I use these supplements more as my daily vitamin intake as I'm not concerned too much with my sperm count. To be honest, I was hoping it would increase the liquid amount, but it doesn't though that should be expected since the product is not focused on that aspect.The pills are easy to swallow, and they are gentle on my stomach though I do follow the instructions on how to use this supplement. The only way to say that this supplement increases your sperm count is if you had some science tools to physically see the increase, and since I don't have those tools in my possession I cannot say they really work. Hence why I feel like they are a good daily vitamin intake with the side benefit of (maybe) increasing your counts.

Small-sized caplet that is easy to take. Digest well without any issues. The bottle had the correct amount inside. I am taking it as a daily multivitamin.
