Water dripping colour doesn't changing in mine
The media could not be loaded. It's nice and small perfect for small room but the colour doesn't change and water is dripping. even I try to put less water still dripping and it's not closing properly. Look like I got faulty one.Brought this item after looking the reviews of other.my sister bought her is perfect. I received a full refund and they also offered me few options.so I bought it again and it's perfect thank you.

Cute design but far too noisy!
It looks lovely and we are enjoying the light changing colour options, however it’s just too noisy! It was purchased for my little ones room as he is struggling to sleep due to an awful cough and sadly this is making far too much noise so it’s had to be turned off as there’s no way he can sleep with the noise the fan is making. Such a shame but wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to use it overnight as it will most likely disrupt your sleep.

Waste of money
It's a shame but I have to sai it. Unfortunately its not working as it should . Barely any mist and I can't smell it. Not worth the money at all

Noisy
Cute, smaller than expected, light colours are nice, do the job and smell nice (you need to put a lot of essential oil). But it is noisy!! If more silent it would be perfect but I find it way too noisy.Updated: the seller reached out and apologised for the issue. They refunded me (I also get to keep the diffuser) and offered me a gift voucher with which I bought the bigger device. They explained that the small one need an active fan to make a good mist and can be noisy. Regardless they apologised. I’m quite impressed by their generosity and take deeply under consideration customers feedback. The product is fair priced but the seller is 100000% recommended!! Exemplary, excellent and beyond expectations !! Thank you!! I am a happy and very satisfied customers and recommend you!!

Bought two of them, one as a gift. Instructions easy to follow, good to help you sleep and you can use the colours to match your mood

Where is the Mist ?
The media could not be loaded. It worked for couple of days and then stopped. When you turn it on, it mimics as it is working, with ambient lightings, but no mist !

this pretty diffuser is noisy. It was purchased to used with the timer through the night, however the noise prevents sleep.
