Cheap and flimsy
I wish there was a zero star rating. This is a cheap flimsy over priced product that wonāt last 2 minutes being played with even if it by an adult.Too many pieces that are shoved into a box that isnāt nearly big enough to hold all the parts

Has to be put together and is for smaller dolls
This was a pretty impressive dollhouse! I never expected to have it delivered put together but I have to admit, once we got it opened and I could see the mountain of parts stacked in our floor, I was very overwhelmed. Thank goodness the instructions were well written and fairly easy to follow so after a little bit of time (no I don't care to mention how long it took me to put said pieces all togetherš¤«š)VIOLA! We had ourselves a 3 story dollhouse. It's so cute and just so well thought out. My kids have had an absolute blast playing with her LOL dolls inside the house and say that the kid Barbies are also a decent sized doll to play with for the dollhouse as regular Barbies are too big. It's spacious enough to be able to move your character around and really got their imagination flying. It was really nice to have them away from their devices and not staring at the screen for hours on end. Keep calm and follow along on the Instructions, be sure to take your time when putting it together. The time and effort will be well worth it. I would definitely recommend this. Overall, a really good buy!

Not Sturdy - Cheap Quality
I was really hoping this dollhouse would work for my friendās little girl who is 5 yrs old. Naturally, before giving it to her, her dad and i checked it out first. We put it together but, upon doing so, we realized this isnāt quite what itās advertised to be and worst of all, itās very flimsy. I also donāt think this will last long due to cheap materials and quality. To explain..I can only see one area, in the online information, where it mentions that the walls are cardboard. I expected them to be plastic considering the product details only mention āplasticā under āmaterialsā. You slide the cardboard walls into the plastic floors and beams to create the structure. This is very flawed as it makes a 3 story dollhouse less sturdy because the walls are so lightweight. The plastic helps but isnāt quite enough. You do get some cute furniture and play figures. The two princess dolls are identical but they do have different clothing. The furniture is made of plastic. Itās pretty cheap feeling but about what i expected. This was easy enough to assemble. An older child around 7-10 could probably put this together with no help but younger kids will definitely need help assembling it.As far as price, itās currently listed at about $50-55.. i feel like this is way too much for what you get, the quality and for the probable short life span.. this is worth $30 at best.. you get a lot of pieces but the quality is pretty poor.Overall, this is still going to be fun for kids. Kids are less worried about quality, they just want a fun toy and this should scratch that itch. But cost savvy parents may want to look into more quality products.. this is pretty passable overall..Thank you so much for reading my review š

Make it an afternoon project
This took about two hours to assemble. We didn't discover the small direction booklet until about halfway done but basic construction was easy enough to figure out by looking at the picture on the box. The house is made of rigid but light plastic parts and has walls made from printed pressed cardboard like material. The floors and posts all mate together well and support each other when completed to make the set a little more rigid. The trim details of lattice work and fences make a possibly boring structure look very elegant. The two- and three-story portions makes an impressive structure when finished and it's a little girls dream to arrange the whole house. This doesn't come apart and will take up a good amount of space, but it is worth finding a place for. The pink and white colors are bright and perfect for a little girl. The walls have printed bricks on the back which gives a great look from the rear and sides. The insides have themes for each room which keeps it interesting. The set of dolls and animals that came along were perfect to populate the place right away. They don't fit perfect in some of the furniture, but the kids don't care enough to make it a big deal. Two things I didn't love: First the cardboard walls are too easy to ruin. Say your two-year-old boy takes a child's play hammer or similar item and bangs on the wall. It pushes out too easy. I would have preferred a more rigid material to make it something that would hold up better. Forcing it back in you can see the cardboard bend and soften and it will not survive too many times of that. Second is the outside fence. It doesn't fasten to anything, and it is too easy to bump and knock over all the things set up inside it that made a beautiful yard.

CHARMING
This dollhouse is colorful and has a lot of space. Assembly will takes some time (took me an hour), and the cardboard walls are not the most durable. It includes plenty of furniture and figures. Itās not the sturdiest build and could be better priced, but for the imaginative fun it brings, itās still solid.
