Good Stuff
This seems like a more powerful concoction than i usually buy. I dilute it a little more, which makes the price point even better. The uses and effects of DMSO should be studied carefully before using it; it's powerful stuff. This excellent brand is no exception. Combined with CDS, castor oil, fenben... i's a fantastic delivery option that bipasses the liver.

Only my opinion.
In the 80's I was a long suffering Dolphins football fan. I did notice that players were bathing their arms and hands in what looked like water but turned out was DMSO. So when I started to get arthritis in low back and in joints I gave it a shot as I lived right near the first Life Extension Center and they had it. I've used it on and off over the years as my condition changes most notably with the weather. Not hot or cold but wet and humid weather conditions contribute to the pain, stiffness and a general lack of mobility. Now some will claim that its just horse liniment being used off label and yes they just might be right. It works for me and after years of taking prescribed medications that did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain which only made it worse and pulled money out of my pocket I'll side with Mr Ed and a bottle of DMSO. I transfer a small amount into a spray bottle and use it to put it where I need it. It helps reduce the pain swelling and nerve blocking I get with stenosis from an L-4/L-5 fracture, and or the foraminal stenosis I get in my neck from C4 through C7 that runs down my arms. I also have Agent Orange related arthritis in my feet and when they light up I use the DMSO along with Thompson's Sportscreme and I can actually sleep and not have the nerve shocks wake me up. Now just to be a pain I'll say this. At the same time I found out about and used DMSO I also found out taking an enteric coated aspirin a day could reduce risk of stroke or heart attack, and that saw palmetto shrank prostates with benign hypertrophy. That was almost 30 years ago and its amazing but not surprising that the medical profession has not been at the forefront in support of alternative medicine but an opponent. I have the heart of a thirty year old based on nuclear stress testing and my PSA's test well below the normal low so that has worked as well. The nurses study that also showed nurses taking the aspirin also had a 65% less chance of developing colon and lung cancer. I'm a guy but I'll take two of those too.

A good product, with a nasty taste!
This product works for pain and yes I would recommend it, unfortunately it has its downfall with the taste it was very hard for me to handle. However I will attempt to put it in a drink to make it more tolerable. It is a good product I am the kind of person that if I don’t like something I am more apt to not try it again. However I will give it another go as it does help the discomfort. Thank you for this product!

It works.
My husband uses this. He was always complaining of this pain or that pain. I found out about DMSO. Watched an ancient 60 minutes video on YouTube with Mike Wallace and bought it. My husband would not initially try it, but every time he moaned about his knees or back, I would say, "DMSO?" He finally agreed to try it. I first mixed about 70/30 DMSO with pure water, but that was too strong for my husband and made his skin feel itchy and hot. We then went to a 50/50 solution which has worked well enough for him. It really does the job.I understand the area must be clean. We use a spray bottle...I prefer glass. You cannot really rub this in though, just spray and maybe give a little swipe with clean hands and let it dry. Yes there is a garlicky odor which dissipates rapidly. I think a stronger solution causes the taste to come up in your mouth but we do a weaker one and he hasn't noticed .One more thing. My son-in-law works with race horses and DMSO is used all the time on their legs. He came over one day and his lower back was hurting badly and couldn't throw a football. I said, DMSO?" He had never used it on himself, but was willing to try it. I sprayed some on his lower back, gave a little swipe. 15 minutes later he was outside throwing a ball, no pain. It works.I have DMSO and MSM on hand all the time.

ONLY FOR THE DESPERATE WHO CAN HANDLE THE BURN BUT WHO ARE TIRED OF THEIR PAIN...
I was very skeptical to try DMSO because it is not intended to be used on skin, or as a pain reliever, it's not FDA approved, and there are many negative, scary reviews about it. It is a high potency chemical, but I had been dealing with intense headache pain for over 3 months, had tried OTC and many prescribed meds, had seen doctors, neurologists, had MRIs, other tests and was very desperate for pain relief. The following is just my opinion and how I reacted to it when I used it. WARNING: I applied it to my forehead and temples- it immediately started to burn intensely like my skin was on fire, but I waited it out (about 15 minutes). My skin then tingled, got numb, then the burning stopped AND SO DID THE PAIN! I was so amazed that I couldn't believe it. I applied it to my back for my back pain, too. It did make my skin red and I would not put it on broken skin, like near an open cut. Be careful around the eyes, too AND wash your hands VERY thoroughly after use. I applied the DMSO with a tissue and did not dillute it. My pain was gone for many hours. I was very impressed and am totally sold on using it. I do believe, though, that it's only for the desperate who can handle the intense burning, but who are also just at their wit's end with their pain. It was worth trying it to me and I was so glad I did. Everyone may react differently to this chemical, though and I would definitely use caution if you decide to give it a try.
