・Do you do a "pre-measurement cleaning" every time before taking a measurement?・The instruction manual clearly states that it reacts to food and oral care products. If you're saying, "I took a measurement after brushing my teeth and it reacted!", that's proof that the machine is working properly.・Are you too far away from the nozzle? It won't react unless you spray it very close (about 1 cm).・After measuring, shake the machine to thoroughly remove any gas inside.Customer image

This item took more than a month to arrive.The instructions are in Japanese.I can't find where to insert the batteries and I have no idea how it suppose to work.I would give it 0 stars but then I can't write a review.
