I've been using Natural Cycles for a few months now, and I absolutely love the app! I was thrilled to find a natural birth control method that is effective, and backed by science. There are so many apps out there, but Natural Cycles is the only one FDA approved, which helped with the decision. I was so over being on the pill. I wanted to understand my body. The app tracks my cycle perfectly, and provides a ton of insights as well. I really like the ability to log any symptoms I'm experiencing throughout my cycle. The bundle of this app with the Clearblue ovulation tests is a perfect combo. While my husband and I are not going to start trying for a baby for another few months, I like that we'll easily be able to switch from Birth Control Mode to Plan a Pregnancy Mode. I'll be able to use the ovulation tests to know exactly when I'm fertile. I really love having that flexibility. If you're thinking about making the switch, just do it already.

I love that this kit includes everything you need to get started! Not only is Natural Cycles informative and effective in providing insights into my menstrual cycles, but I also feel more empowered being in control of my body and knowing my daily fertility status. The app has helpful reminders to measure my basal body temperature and I like that I can track other symptoms. The Clearblue Ovulation results are easy to read and I love the feature to log the results directly in the app. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a non-invasive, non-hormonal method of birth control.

This is a great kit to track your cycle and good value but the strips that came with it would not register an lh surge even though my others did. Not very user friendly customer service either

Giving it 3 stars for one reason... nothing in the description or on the box states you have to pay up front for the remainder of the year before you can start the free 3 months. That's $112.49 i didn't expect to pay right now. So unfortunately it looks like I'll have to wait to try this.

The 3 months of NC free that comes with this makes it worth buying. I use both the thermometer and ovulation tests. Using both seems to make the app’s algorithm work better and find ovulation day faster. I’m not a fan of hormonal contraceptives and this is a great alternative for me.

No need to buy this kit. You can use any thermometer with the app. I don’t like this thermometer because the blue light is bright but gosh it is LOUD. Two loud beeps right when you press it and when it goes off. Haven’t needed the ovulation strips yet. Just go get a normal thermometer and the app! You don’t need this.

I recently got off birth control because we will be trying for a baby in a couple months and I wanted to make sure I knew when I was fertile. Birth control affects my body for a while after getting off of it so using these tests help me so much!

This is a great set that seems accurate and is easy to use. It is very clear in its readings and is very user friendly. It includes the instructions but the app is great too! I appreciate that it includes both the strips and the thermometer for multiple confirmations. I have used other apps and thermometers in the past and this is a very nice set to get you started on natural family planning!
