It does what it says it does, very very well. Inexpensive and effective. Cough relief was excellent. It allowed us to sleep more comfortably.

Just great. Small and easy to swallow. The binding in these tablets is strong enough to keep them from crumbling inside their bottle. They also seem to have a thin coating which makes swallowing easy.These are perfect for anyone wanting a generic alternative to the branded version of dextromethorphan/bupropion HCl 45mg/105mg. Three of these "DXM" 15mg=45mg.

The only reason it's not 5 star is bc the little tablets are kinda sticky to swallow down. Take with lots of liquid and carbonated is better than flat bc it floats the stuff down. As far as the efficacy, this is good medicine for when you just need cough medicine not a bunch of other stuff mixed in. Tabs are very tiny.

I absolutely love this product. ive bought it over 5 time since i found them and its the best value for the amount you get, compared to the 100 30 mg dex tabs for 25 that were the only option before. amazing product the pills are very small and extremely easy to swallow and is overall the best option for cough pills.
