This small, lightweight, UV light is a great addition to our house. It is easy to use and does the job. It's also really nice how they provide you safety eye glasses to protect your eyes in case you need to enter the space where the UV light is operating.Note, you will definitely want to allow the room to air out afterwards due to the ozone smell it gives off. I suggest running this light overnight so you don't have to worry about anyone needing to use the space you operate it in while sleeping.

They even included a pair of UV glasses for troubleshooting the light (only when needed as there is a 30-second activation timer for safety).GOOD:- The UV light intensity is strong.- 30-second activation timer.- Remote control.- Timers 15 minutes (red light), 30 minutes (green light), 60 minutes (white light).- Produces ozone to get rid of odor. Got rid of the wet carpet smell after 4 hours of continuous running.- Vertical stand design for the light to have large coverage.- Simple interface design with just one button.BAD:- Power chord is too short. I have to use an extension to put it the middle of the small bedroom.- No warning about ozone production. Ozone is not safe, but it is effective to get rid of bad smell, including smoking odor. If you use it to get rid of bad smell, close the door and don't be near it. Make sure the air is well ventilated before you come in the room.It is a great product. I use it weekly in all bedrooms to make sure we are free of flu virus.

I have severe allergy with post nasal drip. My research on UV light destroying bed bugs convinced me to buy this unit. I have had it for about a week, but honestly speaking, I don’t see any improvement in the air quality. Hopefully I get some benefit as time goes by.

This is a great product. I have used in bedroom and in living room so far. Just turn it on and walk away, it does all the rest. Leaves my room smelling clean, and I have two big labs in my house. Love this, you will love it too. Especially in the winter when the house is all closed up.

Held in the box last night and I decided to try and use it this morning since everyone left the house. Well the controller doesn't work. Yes I pulled the tag out. I tried to turn it on from the base but it only lets me put it for the 15 minutes. So I will have to go buy a battery to see if that is the issue. However who wants to buy a battery for something that's supposed to come ready to use. That's inconvenience number one. Number two is that even in those 15 minutes... I do smell what people are talking about so I aired out the room... And I don't know why but I feel extremely itchy. So far I'm not really enjoying this. And it costs a pretty penny for someone like me. So I have to give it one star. When you buy something like this you expect it to work when it comes. All parts. You don't want to have to wait to figure out. Which is what I will have to do until I can fix their control. The one I have has the ozone option and you can sure smell it but it doesn’t last long, 20-30 minutes. It seems to freshen the air but it’s hard to tell how much. I have noticed almost no bugs in the house since using it. Never had bed bugs that I know of but I use it on the mattress when changing sheets just in case. It has a short cord so I need an extension cord to use it in most places in my home. I have spiders in my garage so I’ll soon test it there. If it kills them or drives them out I’ll be thrilled. It seems easy to break so handle with care.

I haven't had this item very long so won't be able to give a precise review. I like that it's easy to move from room to room. The odor is different, not bad just different. I guess it's from the ozone. The room smells fresher afterwards. I still have some tiny bugs but not nearly as many as I did have.I do recommend this item.
