Very refreshing! I have tried 2 other brands but this is the best.

I have done some oil pulling in the past, but it's been a while. I ordered this product because I wanted to start oil pulling again, as I am aware of all its benefits. The first time I tried this product, I was surprised it was so thin and watery. So I read the ingredients list and the first ingredient is water followed by coconut oil. That is disappointing because oil pulling traditionally uses oil only, or at least, mostly oil. The directions indicate to rinse 2-3 minutes, but the oil pulling I've done before requires at least 5-8 minutes. So, I gargle this oil for about 5 minutes twice a week. The first time I used it, I was surprised that it worked better than I had expected, considering it so watered down. My breath was fresh (that is from the peppermint extract) and my teeth appeared to be just a tad whiter, I think. I will update this review as I continue to this longer. I'm undecided whether I'm going to re-order this in the future. I just wish it has more coconut oil, as it doesn't feel oily at all. That said, it does seem to work.

My better half has been using pulling oil for some time now, and I was curious to try it. The ingredients on this brand are somewhat different from the one they use (that brand has more types of oils, and less fragrance/botanicals).I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but I figured it would have a thicker consistency and more oily viscosity. In reality, this product is more like mouthwash, same viscosity and a minty flavor. Using it for 2-3 minutes leaves me with the same alcohol-like clean feeling I would get using mouthwash; so, that's nice. That said, after using the product a few times a week for a few weeks I don't notice any difference in my teeth.Maybe the changes are subtle, take more time to be apparent, or maybe I'm not using it right. Regardless, I've been following the instructions and don't see much improvement. No negatives, but no strong positives either.

I was disappointed with this mint pulling oil for several reasons. First, the primary ingredient is water (aqua), followed by coconut oil. For pulling oil, the first ingredient should absolutely be oil—not water. The watery consistency left me questioning how much actual coconut oil is even in this product. It’s not what I expected for something marketed as pulling oil.The flavor is another drawback. It’s a very strong and somewhat unpleasant mint, which makes swishing for the recommended 2-3 minutes feel like an eternity. It’s not enjoyable to use, and I didn’t feel like it was doing much for me.Overall, I won’t be using this again. If you’re looking for an effective pulling oil, you’re better off sticking with pure coconut oil or a product with oil as the primary ingredient. Two stars for the effort, but this one misses the mark.

It works exactly as intended. Having a two bottle set is useful to always have some on hand.

This is a good value for the amount you receive. Flavor is fine during pulling and it seems to work just as well as regular coconut oil, but a bit more refreshing with the peppermint added.

I have used pulling oils for years, although I usually use a plain, unflavored coconut oil. These travel size oils have a wonderful peppermint flavor that’s refreshing. It won’t take me long to use them, but they’re also a good size for a guest bathroom. I like that these Cocofresha Organic Coconut Pulling Oils use natural ingredients. After using these oils, my mouth feels clean and my breath is fresh and friendly. Recommended.
