Oh this sugar is delicious, even though I am on a lower carbohydrate diet. The smell is so seductive. I sometimes treat myself to crème caramel but only to make the sauce. Unlike normal sugar, this is not a total a set of empty calories so that day I go paleo and forgive myself my sin.
