Ideal for shorter or thin hair. If you have really long or thick hair it's going to take forever to straiten.Easy to use can get really hot so need to be very cautious.It straiten well can get some poker strait hair.Doesn't take long to heat up but put sunwhere safe after use as takes a while to cool down fully.

This are brilliant, I only orded as I had seen some very expensive ones and didn't want to spend a lot if I found I couldn't get on with them, but I love them so don't need any other, they heat up fast and are great for short hair like mine for giving root lift very happy with them.

Product is nice to use on short hair, heats up very quickly. When you first plug it in, the bright blue display starts in the 'off' position and you hold down the the narrow button next to the on/off button till the display begins to flash. It starts at the lowest heat setting of 100 and goes up in increments of 10 to 220. Although it states to plug out when you've finished, the on/off button will also turn off the tongs. However, this is intermittent with a bit of fiddling around. It has a locking feature to keep the tongs closed when not in use which is helpful. It comes with a glove, I'd prefer a heat pad/mat to rest the hot tongs on.

These are great for short hair as mentioned in the listing. They heat up quickly and you can control the temperature to your preference. The plates are nice and slim which is perfect if you have a shorter cut as you can get right in close to your head. The price is good and they do the job so I would certainly recommend these.
