Firstly I will say that this type of perfume is not something I'm massively familiar with.It's my second bottle of Arabian style perfume but the last one I had was a lot lighter so I wanted to try this for something a bit different.Personally I really like fragrances with amber that are really rich and strong - usually amber by l'occcitane or obsession. I would say this is along the same lines as those in terms of the stronger scent. I also like the opposite for day wear with lighter fruity scents as well.You only need a tiny bit as it's very overpowering so it will last a long time.The scent to me did remind me though of a baby powder at first before it soaked in - then the expensive french perfumes that older rich women would wear when I was a kid. It has that complex expensive smell to it which is not really my sort of perfume (ie I'm not in Chanel perfumes for example). But if you are then this is probably your ideal one.Sadly the front of the metal tag on the bottle was dented which is a shame but the box and bottle are lovely.Price for eau de parfum is really good

This comes in a lovely cyclindrical cardboard outer package and the perfume bottle is nestled within this, so very well presented and protected.The glass perfume bottle itself is a very attractive item and it comes with a chromed pull off top which exposes the atomiser button for spraying the perfume.The perfume comes out well and has an enduring scent that lasts many hours. It is hard to describe a scent in words but I do agree with the advertised description.
