Made this into cherry wine -- it turned out AMAZING (compared to our previous juice brand).
First off, this is a CONCENTRATE of cherry juice. Just to be clear, because some people seem to wonder why the price it so high, and that is why. It is very concentrated, actually, so diluted it will make quite a lot.Awhile ago we bought a case of cherry juice from Costco at a very good price, and made it into cherry wine. It was really super delicious, and I wanted to make even more of the same, but have not seen that juice again at Costco since. So I looked on Amazon for something comparable and at the cheapest price, and came up with this concentrated cherry juice here. Today we just moved it out of the primary, and oh wow! It is amazing, even better than the stuff from Costco. And that was just the primary.Too bad the price on this one has jumped -- I had it on Subscribe & Save and got 2 bottles for about $25 before they took it off the subscribe option. Today it shows as $33.49 = but still, this is really great juice for turning into wine!

I'll try anything to help with my arthritic knee
I've noticed the swelling around my arthritic knee has gotten better after getting into using this concentrate along with the Cherry Fruit Extract tablets and the Certo Fruit Pectin concoction; but I'll try anything at this point to avoid surgery. Doc says there's very little cartilage left in my knee joint and the pressure of bone on bone is really painful. Last time into see him, he drained 10cc's of fluid and gave me a cortisone shot which made my knee feel a little better for about two or three weeks. Cortisone is bad on bones, so next in the treatment lineup is SynVisc injections which is spendy and doesn't work for everyone. I've been swimming laps an hour a day 5 to 7 days a week in order to keep my 59 year old heart healthy and because it's non-weight bearing on the knee...but I'd really like to be able to walk and hike again...so again, no harm trying everything and anything short of surgery and a knee replacement. I mix two tablespoons of the concentrate with sparkling water and it's fairly decent tasting. It's been about 2 months now, and I look forward to my glass of syrup and sparkling water (or seltzer) after a swim workout and honestly, before all this my knee was so swollen I couldn't comfortable do a knee bend or reach backwards and grab my ankle. The swelling is minimal and again, there's nothing that can help with the loss of cartilage that was verified by x-rays, so the pain from bone on bone is still very much there. This quart of cherry concentrate lasts about a month or thereabouts so we're talking about a dollar a day for a possible remedy that may work for you. I drink this in combination with the cherry concentrate tablets for a double dose and will eventually cut one or the other back to see which is more effective for me.Cutting down on my weight will probably help a lot, but it's hard to be physically active if I can't even walk comfortably.Much of my knee problems come from being a runner for years and working in construction all my life. Hell to get old!

we use it for gout..
.. along with hiactives cherry pills and 3nb celery. . Also baking soda pills ALL on amazon. .----------------------------------------------Update..still usin this but the low carb higher fat insulin resistance diet has surpassed our expectations! .. been almost 9 mo since last attack..prev could only go 4 mo!-------------------------------------------------------------------------BUT THE BEST BEST NATURAL GOUT TREATMENT IS LOW CARB!! worth checking out.. you have to search for it specifically on net..Turns out SUGAR ( well actually insulin) triggers gout insulin makes your body recycle uric acid instead of excreting it..The trick is to greatly reduce carbs.. dont go full blown atkins as that can trigger an attack..I got the idea after realizing he Always got an attack after holidays ( we were mostly vegan and had some xtra meat but a Lot of carbs.. )but never after vaca.. Lots of seafood but lots of walking wich lowers sugar and lots of salad and not much pasta bread etc..Then i started searching gout and carbs and i was shocked at how much info i found. . Yet when searching gout.. it was never mentioned!!So now we have grassfed steak once a week and seafood 2-3times a week.. ALWAYS on a salad .. it turns out protein helps clean up purines n uric acid so meat kinda cleans up after itself but it Cant in the presence of carbs!! We totally dropped pasta and bread.. we eat some rice but with fat to lower glyc index..The combo of this new diet and these supplements have kept him med free and thats after being told his severe gout ( started in his 20s and all males in family have it) could only be treated with meds!!..Oh and bulk supplements quercitin wich acts as a natural allopurinol!

Poor container
Thought it strange the cap wasn't sealed. It just opened right up. The bottle drips when pouring. Very difficult to use. Juice is fine. Won't but this brand again.
