Wow this is large but very helpful. We folded it in half and tacked it on the frig. The back have are the no-nos

Informative
This is what I needed to keep track of what foods are good for you and follow the Mediterranean diet. I need the constant reminder of the foods. I have it on my fridge, held up with magnets. What I didn't like was how it came rolled up so tight that I have a wavy chart, not flat. I rolled it the other way to help smooth it out. It was not easy to get out of the package, it took some time.

Doesn't roll up right. Thin material, of what I expected
It's ok, but it's not as thick as I had hoped and currently have it curled back in opposite direction to try to hang on fridge.

Not good at all.
The same item appears on both "eat" and "Don't Eat". So you're left so confused and totally defeats the purpose of the purchase.
