Its really good for you, packed with nutrients you didnt even know you needed and its actually delicious. The flavor is light enough to take spoonfulls but great if you want to mix into yogurt or blend in a smoothie. Love it

We love this product. It seems to work really well. The mango pineapple, cherry and strawberry taste great.

It tastes good and has good benefits but no energy so it gets 4 stars.

So I'll be honest it does taste like you would expect it's sea moss. It has that ocean taste to it but it's not bad. I decided to try it after reading into the benifits of sea moss. My only regret is not starting it sooner. I have a family of 5 we are all using it. Finished the first jar up and have ordered a few of the other flavors.

Honestly I thought this was a good item due to the reviews and my personal research but now I question everything in this products and it’s source or material ingredients minerals etc due to the simple fact that I’ve never had any type of kidney issues or digestive but I have seen a negative change in health when using this to the point I had to stop. Definitely was a waste of money for me leaving me with a 80-90 % leftover to throw out. I will say the taste is not bad but nor is the taste of many foods etc in which decline your health.

Not sure if I’ll get energy.But I love this brand better than any other . Texture and taste not bad at all . Will definitely order again. Shipped fast and packed well .
