If you don't have a soft measuring tape, use string or a cable to wrap around your head, mark the size, and then flatten that out on a table and measure with your ruler or measuring tape.

Straight from their web page, Our lids are safety certified (CPSC, ASTM F1492, and CE EN1078)

Q: Can I use these helmets on scooters 120cc ?

We are not DOT certified for mopeds or vespas. Our helmets are CE certified for cycling and skateboarding in Europe and CPSC certified for cycling in the United States. We're also ASTM F1492 certified for use with skateboards, roller/in-line skates and electric boards.
