Perfect ice pack
After a total knee replacement I knew I would need a few ice packs for swelling. I have a couple in covers that are larger and to be honest a little bulky. However, this is a perfect, smaller, and easy to apply to the knee. It is my favourite. Great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend this particular one. You just been to pop a thin piece of cloth between the pack and your skin.

Amazing!
I just had knee replacement surgery and find this item invaluable. I put in the freezer for approx 2 hours , it doesn’t freeze rock hard because it’s gel inside. It straps easily to my knee and stays there! The relief I get from it is amazing and the swelling reduces and so there’s less pain.I thoroughly recommend this item, it has become my best friend!

Comfortable and no dripping water!
Very good and no mess from defrosting ice! Can wear directly on the skin, or on top of thin leggings, which don’t get wet, unlike when I previously used ice cubes in a plastic bag! Can highly recommend.

A bit small but works well enough. Needs regular freezing (warms up quick). Good comfortable strap

Amazing
Quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon!The pad is perfect shape to fit comfortably over the knee. And the strap is nice and secure. I bought help with recovery of a recurring meniscus injury and I love how this can provide pain relief around the whole knee.

Good
I haven’t used the warm feature so can’t comment on that but it freezes well. I use it for my knee and it fits over it well. The strap isn’t the most secure and it does fall down a bit which isn’t a huge issue as I only wear it at home but don’t think it would suit being out and about under clothes
