UPDATE: BEST customer support EVER!!! Thank you :)Stopped working in 6 months. Only get sound through one side and i don't use them very often. Very disappointed.

30 day lifespan. Garbage!
Bought 2 sets already because each one only lasts about 30 days until the cable goes bad. Both broken within 30-45.days. terrible quality. Was hoping to replace what came with my phone cause those got lost and these are garbage. Cable goes bad and 1 eat goes out.

Not the same quality as it used to be.
Pros: I fits my weirdly shaped ears cause I have issues with a lot of earbuds falling out. And the sound quality is worth it's asking price, and the mic quality is decent enough. I never really had an issue with that.Cons:After less than 3 months of mild use. (only ever used it when going to the market, for an hour every few days) The braid at the USBC end of the cord is frayed, and bent. And the left earbud no longer has any sound, and the what is left on the right bud is constantly crackling.This is such a shame, I liked this brand before but the quality has taken a huge nose dive than it used to with the ones that used to come with my Galaxy phones. They used to last for years even with rugged used.

Stopped working two months after purchase.
Left earbud stopped working (no sound) less than 2 months after purchase, that is with only occasional and very gentle usage. There seems to be no way to get your money back as Amazon only offers 30 day warranty and the vendor didn't respond to inquiry.

Excellent quality - love the braided cable
Having a braided cable makes a huge difference. The plug isn't finicky on this either, as some cheaper sets will be.I use these for the gymyes I have Bluetooth sets, but don't like those when I get sweaty. These are easier to deal with when wiping off with a towel, etc.
