Length is 204cm and 4.4cm width. However compared the 50-125 lb ones to another brand, and found that this one was thicker and gave greater resistance. Would be aware that it goes lower than other ones (5-15lb), but each level is near the same.Tested for pull ups, push ups. But trying out the other work outs advertised, it is viable for a variety.Key point is that you will get the same durability and resistance level than other products. Meaning I recommend this for its competitive pricing and the notion that you will get the same quality anywhere else.

As a busy parent with a small business and a day job, I don't have time for the gym. I just need something quick in the morning. I’d used other bands before, but they were too weak after about 2 months of use (but this set definitely isn't too weak), the green band is seriously hardcore; doing a bicep curl with it is a real challenge, so I’ve been using the black one more, for now. The set has five bands making a range of various resistance levels, which is great as I can work my way up or target different muscle groups. I can basically do a full-body workout – upper, lower, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, etc, etc, you name it. They feel well-made, and the material seems durable, though I can't say for sure how long they'll last with daily use.. we’ll see.I like that it comes with a door anchor and handles, which adds to the versatility – I can do back and triceps exercises. It’s super handy, and you also get a storage bag, making it easy to take them when you travel. For someone like me, wanting to squeeze in a 15–30-minute workout at home every single morning, it's all i need. I'm happy to recommend it – I can now keep up with my exercises without being a slave to the gym - and no one will tell me otherwise. The results speaks for themselves.

These are great I would recommend them. Good quality and a variety of strengths that would suit most. Quite different to the long bands I find these can be used in different ways. Using both types covers all bases

This is a Strong 5 set of increasing resistance bands that come with storage bag and multiple attachments, the quality of the rubber is quite thick so should be robust over the long term, the loops are well moulded and secure so hopefully shouldn't split or fray over time, the resistance is well stepped from the easy yellow band to the significant resistance of the green band, I only use the bar attachments for curls and tricep extensions and they work well the hand rubber is comfortable and attaches easy, the kit comes in a plain card board box and contains everything you need to get started, price wise I think it is good and you can definetly feel you have used them.
