Trust me this is quite accurate
Let me save 13 hours or youtube video and review by saying that go for it.It's very accurate10/10 sleep tracking7/10 step tracking9/10 hrv7/10 battery: drains fast when all the features are onAlso it has a mood tracker which is 9/10 times accurate and warns you about your mental health.Look out for size that's a gamble. If that fits you will get accurate readings.Note: This is a recovery ring not a fitness tracker. The sleep tracker is better than garmins but it doesn't have a good fitness tracking abilities for that you need to buy amazefit watch which combines both the data and give you accurate results.

If size does not fit you, there is no help on the sizing on product page - product becomes useless
Purchased recently, size does not fit .. amazon customer care refuse to help in providing alternatives, so sitting in my box wasting all the money.Suggestion goto shop chq sizing, then buy dont buy on ecommerce platform.

Poor battery and great Ring

works good, but sizing not accurate
works good, but sizing is an issue,NOTE : whatever size you think your fingure is buy it 1 size less otherwise it will not fit properly.My fingure size is snug fit 9 and comfortable fit for 10, so i ordered size 10(also used their string method mentioned on website to measure), but the size 10 is closer to size 11 and the ring is really lose and keeps on falling, i am using adjusters to use it
