This is a great case for the money. Wireless charging works great. the phone stand is functional and sturdy (just can't stand vertically. The screen protector is a little iffy at times and seems to scratch easily.

I have always used an OtterBox for my iPhones. I decided to try this one because the price was much better for almost the same thing. The case is very durable. I don’t drop my phone hardly ever but I did drop it on concrete and it came through with flying colors. I like the belt clip because it takes a firm “click” to get it on. Once it’s on the belt clip, I know it’s not going to fall out. The only downside to the case is I’ve noticed that I sometimes have a problem when I try to use a wireless charger. Sometimes it won’t work. I think it’s because the back of the case is thicker than normal due to the flip stand. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Excellent fit for my iPhone 16 pro. Works great. Does not allow wireless charging but I didn’t have the special charger that it’s designed for. Looks great. Easy to install. I like the 2 year warranty.

I have used Supcase products since my iPhone 8, iPads, iPhone 12 Pro and now iPhone 16 Pro. They have saved my devices and proven themselves time and time again. I’m not sure if it is the new design of the 16 Pro or maybe a lack of R&D time but this Supcase UB Pro Mag is the worst case I have ever purchased. The amount of dust and dirt that the case lets in is totally unacceptable. I thought at first the dust was only coming in through the opening on the built in screen protector for the front facing camera and ear speaker, however this is not the case.Excessive amounts of dust and dirt also get in behind the phone from the lower ports and the cut out around the new camera control button and the opening around the MagSafe stand on the back.To add to the issues the built in screen protector does not sit flat near the top of the screen with a slight warping effect. The touch responsiveness is also diminished and causes frequent typos.The case is heavier than other cases - but that is due to the robust design. It will protect your phone if you drop it. The fit of the phone is nice and tight (not tight enough to stop dust from getting in behind the phone). The case will last a long time, the built in screen protector will get plenty of scratches on it and become annoying over time. I will look elsewhere for another case, but in the meantime I will use the standard Supcase UB Pro that I have also purchased as this is what I had on my iPhone 12 Pro.I would love to see Supcase make a case that uses a replaceable tempered glass screen for the iPhone 16 Pro that is still robust and provides the known protection that comes from Supcase products.

This case is very solid and I'm sure will protect the phone as anyone would hope. I have two issues with it: 1- the kickstand only allows for horizontal use. In the world with TikTok and other apps that use vertical video format this is a limiting feature of the case. 2-My FaceID stopped working which turned out to due to the cases' plastic screen cover, another limiting feature. I ripped out the plastic cover but can't do much about the kickstand. I guess I should have returned it, but I do like the styling and how well it protects the phone. So if you can live with the two above issues, buy it. If not, don't.

Uses this case for 3 years before replacing. I am a contractor and drop my phone often. NEVER damaged my phone when using his case! I will only buy this brand!
