RecommendI wanted to try shilajit since it became popular for all of its natural benefits, and I have to say that it does work. Of course the effect isn't instant, but after a few days of taking these I started to feel more energetic throughout the day. I take one capsule a day after breakfast, simple and convenient.

The quality of the packaging is quite nice, it comes with a solid metal lid, which gives a premium feel. As for the product itself, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects, but I also haven’t observed any clear benefits. It might just be a placebo effect, but it’s hard to say for certain.
