I was nervous about buying it because of some negative views. This was my first time ordering a phone so I didn't know exactly what to do. I followed the steps to link the phone and that went well. I thought something was wrong with the phone when I couldn't make calls, but it turned out I needed to put my sims card in the new phone. (Thanks to my son for letting me know that.) The phone works wonderfully, the camera is awesome and the screen quality is beautiful.

I gave this a 4 star. Because i thought that this also had the finger print unlock spot.
