I love the massage and heat it gives. Great quality. It doesn't hurt your back like the aggressive rolling one I haveI just wish this had a car adapter as I originally ordered for my car. I've now bought another one specifically for my car too.

I bought this product to provide me with some relief whilst working from the desk at home. The product arrived well packaged and has a UK 3 pin plug as well as a remote to control the settings. The seat and backpad are both soft and comfortable, covered with a velvety fabric and heat up well. The gentle rolling feature provides comfort for aching muscles. It provides comfort while working for long periods of time at the desk from home, without the intensity of a deep tissue massage.

Was great until it started making loud grinding noises and when I contacted the company they wanted me to pay to return it due to thire policy though the law states otherwise. I haven't pursued the return as it's a hassle which I guess only benefits the company.
