Very good value for money.
This is a very well designed hearing aid. It has five volume levels which are easily selected by tapping the hearing aid while it is worn. Each tap raises the volume to the next level. When the highest level is reached, it starts over. It also has two very useful modes. One for regular use, and the other for noisy places like restaurants. This makes it easier to have a conversation in places with background noise. The modes are also very easy to select while wearing the unit. Just a 3 second touch will switch from one mode to the other. It will beep either once or twice to verify the mode selected.The unit is comfortable, fits well, and does not fall out. Overall, I can freely recommend this hearing aid.

Dead on arrival
Bought it for a family member overseas as a gift and it was few days before was opened. Out of order out of the box. Tried everything in instruction manual to troubleshoot but to no avail. Not able to return because it was past the Amazon return time frame. Waste of money.

got these 4 my 87 year old mom they helped but she keep bothering them i liked the size of them just to easy to turn off

Hhhhmmmmm supposed to be hearing aids. More like just noise magnifiers
Well they don't block background noise at all.
