Brilliant and quick
This is my second machine as after nearly 4 or 5 years of continuous use of all functions it died. Can't fault it, cooks food Ind a fraction of the usual time and in some cases better than using conventional oven.

Well worth the money.
Love this machine, different to my other one but this one has a rotisserie function which works really well. I've done a Tesco's large chicken, a defboned and tied led of lamb and a piece of brisket which all rotisserised really well, the chips basket does the job and the rack is great as it's got 2 different heights. All in all a great buy. The only problem is you can't do chips if you cooking meat, or you can but you have to put the meat in the oven to keep warm while the chips are on. Other than that I don't have a problem

A very good Air Fryer but difficult to clean
I have been using the Air Fryer for over two months and can easily say I am very happy with the performance. It cooks very well, leaving the roasts / grilled items full of flavor and juicy. It does the frozen ready to cook fries very well (Use the thick-cut ones and not the thin French Fries). I have done the baby full chicken roast using the rotisserie and it turned out better than the oven. Overall it cooks well and is a good-sized air frier. However, it is difficult to clean the inner containers as the quality of the non-stick is poor. Also, they are not dishwasher safe. To avoid the tiresome cleaning at the end of the cooking, I use foil to wrap the dishes.

SUPERB - FAST, ODOURLESS AND EXTREMELY TASTY COOKING DEVICE
Been relying on cooking elsewhere and reheating in a microwave for years. Due to space and limited load allowance on electric bought one of these as a last attempt having tried other 'alternative' cooking devices before.Used now for two weeks and for two people this is just the most superb thing available, Have made numerous meals in it, roast chicken dinners, roast potatoes, vegetables, spaghetti, pizza (from scratch), fish... all sorts and can not believe how easy it is to use, contains nearly all of the cooking smell, efficient energy use and easy to clean. The best thing I have bought for kitchen use pretty much ever!

Raw food even after doubling the cooking time
I followed 1 of the recipes in the book with this cooker but even after doubling the cooking time although it looked cooked on the outside the food was still raw in the centre. To be fair they did give me a full refund with no questions but also no other contact in the form of an explanation. Not the best way to treat customers

An indispensable addition to the kitchen.
Nicely made cooker which replaced a glass halogen cooker which finally gave up the ghost after several years of being my main oven which I used much more than the main fan oven in the kitchen. This new Cooks cooker is better in most ways and has the big advantage of having a catch to hold it open until released - the old one would crash down sometimes! It is a little less convenient to use than the old one but this is no doubt a question of getting more familiar with it. It is much quieter and has been reinstated in the kitchen as opposed to the utility room for the old one.It has a lightweight, lift out, metal bowl which makes cleaning much easier than the heavy and awkward (and breakable) glass bowl in the old cooker.
