I've done considerable research for this product and I find the Nature's Nutrition brand to meet all requirements and at a practical price. The one question I did have was answered by their Customer Service very quickly via text and follow up email.

It's a good supplement with one Billion AFU of Akkermansia and 40mg of Inulin per capsule. The Vegetable capsules are regular size and easy to swallow. It does contain Magnesium Stearate though; I wish that it didn't.

So far? Love this product. I actually see a difference in cravings and my GLP-1. There are many types out there from $ to $$$ and I prefer this one over the $$$.

It settled my intestines down some seems to lower appetite as well I'm feeling full longer I can easily go 16 to 18 hours in-between fast.

These are decent probiotics. I have taken numerous types of probiotics made by many different manufacturers. My body doesn’t have a hard time distinguishing between those that work well and those that are weak and don’t seem to do much.These are decent probiotics and my body takes full advantage. It just knows when there are billions of the little guys coming to help tip the scales in favor of a healthy gut and immune system.These are decent and powerful probiotics.

Take 2 daily with food. Product is perfectly sealed with plastic wrap on the cap and sealed within so no one can tamper with it. Capsule sizes are normal. They do float in your mouth so tilt your head down before you swallow them. No off putting smell. My only concern is that this is "Bottled in the USA" and does not say where its ingredients come from and is not 3rd party tested. Before I actually take supplements, it needs to be 3rd party tested for purity.
