Battles Hibiscrub Antibacterial Wash: 500ml

Purchased for a friend. It keeps you smelling clean. Only using it 2 x per week, but it’s enough, especially if you don’t like or are hypo sensitive to deodorants on the market. I have been asked to order more and recommended this to another friend. Good product.

This stuff is excellent. It`s used in hospital operating theatres . I recently had to undergo major surgery and bought this to use for a couple of weeks beforehand to minimise any post op infection risk. I have had , for a number of years, a fungal infection similar to athletes foot but in my groin.I have had athletes foot on and off for many years. I have tried practically everything to get rid of it , tea tree products, athletes foot stuff and the whole range of Canestan but can only get symptomatic relief for a few days at a time. It flares up whenever i get hot and makes things very sore and with a pungent discharge. I started showering using Hibiscrub and immediately noticed a difference. Within a week all signs had gone despite at times being hot which would have triggered all the symptoms but there was nothing. Before my op I was swabbed for MRSA and any other infections. Nothing. I continued to use Hibiscrub after the op to prevent infection but after a few weeks returned to my usual shower gel. I wondered how long it would be before the soreness returned but it didn`t. 7 months down the line it still hasn`t put in an appearance. I do use Hibiscrub once a week just for peace of mind.The stuff itself is pink, not as thick as normal shower gel so be careful when pouring it out. I bought a pump to go with it which makes things a doddle and also stops you from using too much. It has a vaguely `hospital` fragrance to it , not unpleasant, more like a reassuring smell. You won`t stink like a bottle of TCP or Germolene when you use it, so don`t worry. Also, it doesn`t lather up as much but the focus is on effectiveness rather than bubbliness. ( that`s a real word ! ).When I went for my op I took it with me and the hospital staff were most impressed.Most `antibacterial` products are no better than washing with good old soap, if you want one that really works , then this is the one for you.It really does do what it says on the tin , really.

Was a cpl days late but actually not a problem.came in today perfect timing as I was in hospital last night and had to get a big abscess removed and got let out so this will b great for cleaning the wound for next few days and price was good to as bottle lasts for ages so will just use it once aweek after wound heals just to clean the skin. 5 stars

I bought this product because I thought my GSD had a fungal infection with one of her paws (that's what the Vet thought). After spending £30+ on medicine from the vet it didn't really sort out her paws. After a while I noticed that my dog will lick her paws as a soothing mechanisms, so her paw will become slightly swollen and become red. Using this everyday for a week really sorted out her paws and stopped the licking.Also taking into consideration that dogs step on just about anything when we go outside it has just become a thing that we will wash her paws every couple of days with this, especially if she has been licking a lot.Great product and I'm not the only dog owner I know that uses this.Definitely will be buying this product again when I finish the bottle I already have.

I use this to clean my dog after walking. It appears to help him stay free of rashes

I use this for after I shave my legs , I put it on like a body wash the area that has been shaved, leave for a couple of mins then rinse off , leaves skin silky smooth and itch free 🥰
