The worst product-literally started a fire.

Good Performance, could improve.
Good product since it's super convenient to target the neck and shoulders. Would have appreciated the belts to be more sturdy and placed in a way to keep the heatpad firmly in place on the neck and shoulders.

Must have for neck or shoulder relive
I purchased this product as I was suffering from stiffness in my neck and shoulder area. Other warm pads are inappropriate to serve that areas nor my hands can reach there to hold them.This product found to be the perfect solution for neck and shoulder pain relief, it can also used for warm therapy. Easy to use, just wear and adjust your heating range according to requirements.Looks wise it appears elegant and justifying it's price point. Long run review will write soon after regress use.

Does not heat adequately nor uniformly. Product not worth buying. Even spoke to the seller and conveyed the same.Temperature display not available. Shoddy product.
